Serve as the key technical and product owner lead for the System Integration Module of the Medicaid Enterprise System for the State of New Mexico. Manage maintenance and operations of the System Integrator Platform (SIP). Manage the SIP product and feature backlog, prioritize fixes, enhancements, and integration requirements. Oversee vendor performance and manage compliance with SLAs, security standards, and quality expectations.
